Northrend and the End of the Lich King

As we finished in the Outlands the Lich King began to stir once more. Who knows why, and who cares? The point is that he finally made himself known and now it was the time to act. A plague came upon the cities of both the Alliance and the Horde and terrible creatures came bearing down upon us. But we fought it all back as we must.

We followed Sylvanus into the North and began our assault. And we also began hauling our plague up there as well. In the recent years I had disconnected form the Apothecary Society and it was probably best that I had. the Grand Apothecary Putress unleashed the plague upon all of the forces of the Argent Crusade and the Scourge to wipe them out both at once. It is believed that Sylvanus did not know that this was to happen.

We rushed back to the Eastern Kingdoms to defend our homeland as Varimathras made his intentions clear. He and Putress joined together and Sylvanus showed her loyalty to the Horde by destroying Varimathras with the aid of Thrall. The Alliance scum also took their chance to try and destroy the leaders of the Horde but they were stopped by the girl Jaina Proudmore.

We returned to Northrend, though now the Forsaken is kept under close watch by the other races of the Horde. It is most annoying, but a necessary evil. I will follow my Queen into the grave once more, but there are still those within the Undercity that see her new view on the Horde as a weakness and will surely plot to overthrow her. I will not let this happen. We have gone too far with her, and I will will follow her to the ends of the Earth, and to the Icecrown.

As I helped battle the forces of Northrend, in the top spires of the Citadel my Queen helped to destroy the Lich King for us all. And defeated he was. With his death our hopes were renewed and we battled with new vigor. In the end it was a victory for the Forsaken...it was a victory for the Horde and the Alliance.
